You will not be admitted without proof of payment
Photo identification Acceptable forms of ID include driver’s license, passport, ID card or student ID.
Participant is subject to alcohol or drug (illegal or prescribed) use testing
No food or beverages permitted
Participant will be denied admission to VIP, if they: Tests positive for alcohol/drug use
Engages in, or encourages, disruptive or threatening behavior
Is reasonably considered to be a danger to themselves and/or others
The court will be notified of failure to attend or complete
Should you need to reschedule attendance, YOU should directly contact the Court that mandated you.
New York’s STOP-DWI program is the Nations’ first and, to date, only self-sustaining impaired driving program. Other States have implemented components of self-sufficiency, but none to the degree of New York State.
