Broome County STOP-DWI participated in the Binghamton 2023 St. Patrick’s Day Parade. STOP-DWI Coordinator Kerby Sainclair and Emergency Management Associate Cortnianne Brienza interacted with attendees and encouraged them to have a plan to get home safely.
STOP-DWI fliers, key chains, and lanyards were distributed to dozens of attendees.
New York’s STOP-DWI program is the Nations’ first and, to date, only self-sustaining impaired driving program. Other States have implemented components of self-sufficiency, but none to the degree of New York State.
