Dutchess County STOP-DWI presented 19 Officers, representing 12 Law Enforcement agencies including the NYSP, with individual “Top Cop” Awards. Each officer was nominated by their respective departments for their leadership and contributions to the STOP-DWI mission.  The honorees were acknowledged for their outstanding dedication and personal accomplishments.

MINEOLA, N.Y. – Victims of drunk driving and prosecutors were dealt a significant legal victory today as the New York State Court of Appeals, the state’s highest court, upheld three drunk driving murder convictions that were argued this year.
