Dutchess County STOP-DWI Program held their 19th annual Law Enforcement Awards Luncheon, November 20th, 2013 at the Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls, NY.  The featured luncheon keynote speakers were Jessica and Aviv Segal, Senior ADA’s Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office. They spoke about utilization of emerging technologies to extract cell phone data and how this technology can be used as a force multiplier to improve effectiveness and enhance prosecution outcomes.
