The Delaware County STOP-DWI Coordinator has announced that in conjunction with a local benefactor they have been able to design, build and now raffle an original "Chopper" from the famous Orange County Choppers.
The cycle was purchased by a private benefactor and is now being raffled for the STOP-DWI Program in Delaware County.
