Jim May, Association Chairman (blue shirt in middle of picture), welcomes the Coordinators to the Mid-Year Meeting of the STOP-DWI Coordinators Association. The meeting was held in Binghamton, NY, May 23-24.
Chris Cernik, the dapper gentleman in the suit, reviews the legislative update and introduces the new agenda for the upcoming year to the Coordinators. The equally dapper gentleman to Chris' left is Greg Hudson, the Jefferson County Coordinator and the Chairman of the North Country Region.
Coordinators busy at work, there have been many legislative "victories" this past year. Chris has worked very diligently to assure that our voice is heard in the legislative chambers in Albany!

Jim May is announcing a new award to be named in the honor of retiring Albany County STOP-DWI Program Administrator, Denis Foley, PhD. Dr. Foley was the original Albany County Administrator. He has served on numerous committees and offered his expertise in several areas the past 26 years. Congratulations to Denis and Albany County!
